Beer culture is woven into the fabric of Colorado and Boulder is no exception. When you're living in this town you'll be able to visit some big name breweries, like Avery Brewery. But you'll also be able to delight in some unique brews from places like Southern Sun and Upslope Brewing Company. And if you're willing to travel, there's a whole world of beers to try. In fact, there are 60.3 craft breweries per 1 million people in Colorado. 

The Location

There's plenty to do in Boulder, but it's also a great home base to get out and see the rest of the West. You're just 30 minutes from Denver, less than 2 hours from Colorado Springs, and 4 hours from the Great Sand Dune National Park. You could spend years in living in this area and still not see all there is to see in the state.
